Yunvo — Terms of Service

By accessing yunvo.fit or purchasing any Yunvo product or service, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to Yunvo LLC, a California limited liability company. All services are available to individuals aged 18 or older only.

SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS

Supplement products currently ship within the United States only. By completing a purchase you confirm you are 18 or older and located in the United States.

Our products are sports nutrition supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medications.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS — SUPPLEMENTS

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Email yun@yunvo.fit with your order number to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, in which case we cover shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

Opened products are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

COACHING SERVICES

Yunvo coaching is available worldwide. Coaching is delivered through the Everfit platform. Results depend on your individual effort, adherence, and circumstances — we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Coaching is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

COACHING — CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time by emailing yun@yunvo.fit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing period.

COACHING — REFUNDS

New clients only: if you request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, coaching fees are non-refundable. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only and does not apply to renewals.

FREE TOOLS (tools.yunvo.fit)

Our calculators and guides are provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Tool outputs are based on published research and population-level models — individual results will vary. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your training, diet, or health regimen.

We make no warranty that tool outputs are accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Yunvo-operated sites — including the Yunvo name, brand identity, copy, design, and tool interfaces — is the property of Yunvo LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Yunvo content without written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yunvo LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid to Yunvo in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

CHANGES

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
