Yunvo — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Yunvo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company, operates yunvo.fit, tools.yunvo.fit, and associated services including online coaching. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how it is processed, and your rights.
Questions or requests: — we respond within 30 days.
WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This policy applies to all visitors worldwide. Supplement products currently ship within the United States only. Coaching services are available internationally. Free tools (tools.yunvo.fit) are available to anyone. All services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Account and purchase data — when you purchase through our store, Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payment card data is handled directly by Shopify's PCI-compliant processor and is never stored by us.
Coaching intake data — if you enrol in coaching, we collect your fitness background, health history, goals, and training preferences via intake forms (Tally.so). This data is used solely to deliver your coaching program.
Tools usage — our free tools do not require an account. No form inputs are stored on our servers. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not logged or retained beyond the duration of the request.
Communications — if you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry.
We do not collect government ID, precise geolocation, or sensitive health categories beyond what you voluntarily provide for coaching.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use the Meta Pixel to measure content effectiveness and build advertising audiences. The Meta Pixel is not activated until you explicitly accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no tracking data is transmitted to Meta.
We use PostHog for product analytics on both yunvo.fit and tools.yunvo.fit. PostHog helps us understand which pages are visited and which features are used. It is configured in cookieless mode: no cookies are set, no data is written to localStorage or any persistent browser storage, IP addresses are anonymised before transmission and never stored, and no form inputs, names, or payment data are captured. Usage data exists in session memory only and is discarded when you close the tab. This operates under a legitimate interests basis and does not require consent. PostHog's privacy policy is at posthog.com/privacy. To opt out, email with the subject "PostHog opt-out."
Email addresses submitted through supplement waitlist or early-access forms on tools.yunvo.fit are collected via Klaviyo, an email marketing platform, to send transactional and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Klaviyo's privacy policy is at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice.
Our store uses Shopify's Customer Privacy API, which manages consent for cookies set during the shopping experience.
Cloudflare processes network traffic to deliver our sites securely and may set strictly necessary security cookies that do not require consent.
Your choices: use the consent banner on first visit to accept or decline Meta tracking. To change your choice, clear your browser's cookies and site data for this site.
