By accessing yunvo.fit, purchasing a coaching service, or submitting any form on this site, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you in legalese.
What Yunvo is
Yunvo LLC is a fitness coaching and supplement company based in Los Angeles, California. Coaching services are currently available for purchase. Supplements are in R&D; the waitlist exists to gauge interest ahead of launch. Nothing on the Labs or waitlist pages constitutes a purchase offer or guarantee of product availability.
Coaching services
When you purchase a coaching package, you are purchasing a recurring service engagement. Coaching includes custom programming, weekly debriefs, and communication via Everfit. Sessions and delivery details are confirmed on the onboarding call.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your effort, adherence, and honesty in check-ins. We commit to building the best program possible with the information you provide, though we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Refund policy
Monthly coaching: cancellable with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. No refunds for partial months already delivered.
12-week packages: refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if the onboarding call has not yet occurred. After the onboarding call, a prorated refund applies for unused weeks at the coach's discretion.
In-person coaching: refund policy confirmed in the application quote. Travel costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Waitlist and communications
By submitting your information through the intake or waitlist form, you agree to receive occasional emails from Yunvo related to product updates, launch announcements, and early access opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or emailing yun@yunvo.fit.
We will not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Health and fitness disclaimer
The information and tools on this site are for educational and general fitness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or injury history. Yunvo is not liable for any injury or health outcome arising from the use of this site's content or tools.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Yunvo name, brand identity, copy, design, and tools, is the property of Yunvo LLC. The character 雲 is used as part of the brand's heritage identity. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any Yunvo content without written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information through any form, or misrepresent your identity during the coaching intake process.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties express or implied regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yunvo LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted by the updated date at the top of this page.
