Yunvo ("we," "us," or "our") operates yunvo.fit and the Shopify storefront at yunvo.myshopify.com. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in plain language.
If you have questions, email us at yun@yunvo.fit.
What we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers.
When you fill out our coaching intake form or supplement waitlist, we may collect your name, email, general location, fitness background, goals, and preferences. This is voluntary.
We do not collect government ID, precise location data, or sensitive personal attributes beyond what you choose to share.
Why we collect it
Purchase data is used to fulfill your order, send confirmations, and manage your coaching engagement. Waitlist and intake data is used to understand our early community, inform product development, and contact you when we have something meaningful to share.
We will never sell your data. We will never share it with advertisers. We will never use it for purposes unrelated to Yunvo.
How it's stored
Order and customer data is stored on Shopify's platform. Shopify is SOC 2 Type II compliant and PCI DSS certified. You can review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Waitlist form responses are collected via Tally.so. Tally is GDPR-compliant. You can review Tally's policy at tally.so/privacy.
Email addresses submitted through our supplement waitlist or early-access forms on tools.yunvo.fit are collected via Klaviyo, an email marketing platform. Klaviyo stores your email address and any preferences you provide in order to send you transactional and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. Klaviyo's privacy policy is available at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice.
Your rights (California residents, CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion of your data, opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
The Meta Pixel on this site constitutes a "sharing" of data with Meta Platforms, Inc. for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out. To exercise any of these rights, email yun@yunvo.fit with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure content performance and build audiences for future advertising. It collects page view data. It does not collect your name, email, or form inputs. Data is processed by Meta under their own policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We use PostHog for product analytics on both yunvo.fit and tools.yunvo.fit. PostHog helps us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, which tools are used, and which calls to action are clicked. It is configured as follows: no cookies are set, no data is written to localStorage or any persistent browser storage, IP addresses are anonymised before transmission and never stored, and no form inputs, names, payment data, or personal details are captured. Data exists only in session memory and is discarded when you close the tab. Aggregated usage data is processed by PostHog Inc. (US) under a legitimate interests basis. PostHog's privacy policy is at posthog.com/privacy. To opt out of PostHog analytics, email yun@yunvo.fit with the subject line "PostHog opt-out."
Shopify uses functional cookies to operate the cart and checkout. These are necessary for purchases to work.
Opt-out: You can opt out of Meta targeting through Meta Ad Preferences or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
International visitors
Yunvo is a US-based brand. Coaching and supplements are intended for the US market. If you are visiting from outside the US, you do so voluntarily. Email yun@yunvo.fit to request data removal at any time. No bureaucracy.
Children's privacy
Yunvo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Yunvo grows. Material changes will be noted by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
Yunvo is a small brand built on trust. We treat your information the way we'd want our own treated.
